“We met going into our Junior year of high school at my friend Gabby’s party. We did not talk much that night and went our separate ways. Almost 2 months later, Gabby and I were in Gulf Shores and our friend wanted to meet at The Hangout for dinner with his group of friends. Little did I know Timothy and I would reconnect that night, exchange numbers, and begin to text for the next couple of weeks. We would have study dates at Starbucks and go jogging together and we had an instant connection. We were both so different from each other but yet somehow balanced each other out perfectly. We officially began dating on September 10, 2011, and shared some of the most memorable moments of high-school together. Fast forward to November 26, 2016: After being together for a little over 5 years, Timothy asked me to spend the rest of my life with him and planned the most amazing proposal, completely surprised me and going above and beyond. In January of 2018, I started my Masters program for Speech-Language Pathology as well as started planning for the wedding. These past two years were the most challenging years of my life and Timothy was so supportive and encouraging throughout all of it. Through all of the days and nights where I was cranky and stressed, not able to talk much, and doing school work all weekend, he was there to cheer me on. He constantly lifts me up and is my rock to lean on. I am so excited and blessed to get to marry this man and call my husband!”
