Devon + Soleil | Wedding | Napoleon House | New Orleans
Devon & Soleil’s beautiful wedding at Napoleon House.
Here is a little of Devon and Soleil’s story in their words.
“It was the first day of snow in New York of 2016. Flights were grounded, rerouted, and overbooked. “Last boarding call for Delta flight 4034 to Dallas.” Soleil sat in the terminal after being enticed by an attractive offer from the airline for her seat to this over sold flight. Meanwhile, Devon sat on the aircraft in seat 16D not so patiently waiting for the already three hour delayed trip to Dallas. Moments later, the gate attendant approached Soleil with the disappointing news that because of the snow, the flight was no longer oversold.” She gathered her typically overpacked belongings and hurried towards the boarding bridge. Being the last person to board the flight, the flight attendant hurried her to get seated where she was greeted with a confused smile. “Ma’am, I believe you may be in my seat.” Soleil said in surprise. “Oh, I am so sorry, they were together so I switched them seats but I think I accidentally gave away your seat.” Devon replied apologetically. The flight attendant hurried over to ensure the final cabin check could be conducted. Soleil quickly sat in the available seat 16C, next to Devon, got buckled in and well the rest is our history.”
