Elms Mansion Wedding in New Orleans| Sarah and Matt
We were thrilled to film Sarah and Matt’s Elms Mansion Wedding weekend. We started off with the welcome dinner at Marche’ where everyone had so many wonderful things to say especially from their fathers. It was truly a magical evening with a welcome party afterward. The following day began at the Pontchartrain Hotel on St. Charles ave where we had a first look right across from the streetcar line. It was hilarious hearing so many people shouting well wishes and waving. New Orleans is always an adventure!
“Matthew and I have been together for 5 years in April. We met the new traditional, Millennial way – an app! He was living in Midland, TX, where I am from and I had just moved to Dallas. Our relationship has been a long-distance between 4 cities: Midland, Dallas, Madrid (yes- Spain!), and Shreveport! We’re honestly more excited to just be in the same city finally and we have made our new home in Houston, TX where is he is from. We chose to marry in New Orleans as it is a special place to us both (our first trip!) and a good middle point between family and friends. Now, the city will hold an even more special place in our hearts!”
