Capital Park Museum Wedding with Caroline and Justin

Caroline + Justin // Capital Park Museum Wedding

We absolutely love it when couples share their stories with us!
“Justin proposed to me on his birthday Feb. 2nd, 2015. My birthday is Feb. 4th so he planned a bday dinner for the two of us at Little Village in BR and I thought it was exactly that. After dinner we went to the paper clip docks to look at the river and after we walked down and talked for a minute we turned around to walk back and then he stopped me and got down on one knee! Happiest moment of my life, hands down! We were dying laughing because I had joked about the only two souls out there besides ourselves and they happened to be taking pictures of the river, which was pitch black and I thought that was strange. Turned out they were photographers there capturing his proposal lol woopsies!

We met at Fred’s in TigerLand on a dead Wednesday night. Kaitlin (MOH) and I were out being bad and justin happened to be in there catching up with his old Fred’s coworkers. I noticed him at the bar but wasn’t interested in meeting any guys. Then a mutual friend and enabler, Harry Rome, introduced us. We ended up talking at Fred’s til they closed! The next day we met up at the dog park and he spent the next two months trying to reel me in and get me to trust him and I finally did! I will forever be grateful for his persistence because I was cold and closed off and he saw right through it. Now I won’t leave him alone!”
